Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R



Ninja ZX-10R is a proud product from Kawasaki Motor Company.It was released since 2004 with minor revisions in 2005, it combines ultra-narrow chassis, low weight, radial brakes, and strong engine make it a very competitive package for its Japanese rivals: Suzuki's GSX-R 1000, Honda's CBR1000RR and Yamaha Motor Company's R1. ZX-10R has engine capacity 998 cc on inline four-cylinder engine. With the crank axis, input shaft and output shaft are positioned in a triangular layout to reduce engine length. The ZX-10R engine one-piece cylinder and crankcase is reduces weight and increases rigidity. The DOHC system are machined from chromoly steel built for strength, lightweight pistons make the high heat resistance.

In 2004 and 2005 the ZX-10R won Best Superbike from Cycle World magazine and the prestigious international Masterbike competition. And on 2008, the new version of ZX-10R was launched. There has been a few modification change in appearance on the bike. Kawasaki has moved away from the twin-underseat exhausts of the 2006-07 model to a more conventional single side exhaust. The compression ratio of the engine has been raised so that the engine now produces from 188hp to 197hp.
